Dieterich is an Half-Giant spirit possessing Persy's body to search his daughter, Anria. He was alive 400 years ago, and is helping us until he finds her.
I don't know much about him for now, but he's currently possessing Persy's body, I just hope Persy is still there somewhere, fine...
He joined us when we were investigating the Giants' last living place in session 49 - The End of a Civilization.
Update from 53 - Dealing with the consequences
↪ After discussing, Dieterich was part of the group who sealed The Undying 400 years ago.
After finding Anria at Or's mansion, he managed to ease her spirit, and both of their spirit were freed, being able to finally rest in peace. (54 - The Wedding)

From what we've seen, he seems to jump quickly to a fact and seems short tempered, which reminds me the one he's possessing...
But he awaken from his eternal slumber, to find out his elderkin to be all dead, and failed his main mission on life, he needs time, I can relate to that. We'll see how it evolves.
