Jonni (or Jonquil) was the owner of the Jonquil's Delight Matron, beautifully manipulative and deceptive.
She died at her office by the hand of Or, which we witnessed without reacting. (09 - Withering of a Jonquil)

From what we've seen, Jonni was a person ready for anything to reach her goal, ready to use tricks, manipulate and deceive to reach her goals.
Update from session 07 - The Frog, the Witch and the Bal:
Jonni used to live in the Grove of Summer. Also we learned that she cannot leave the Jonquil's Delight. (probably due to her Fey nature?)
